Is the Wedding Package flexible?

The Catering Department is dedicated to planning to your specific needs. We are happy to cater to any special requests you may have.

Ocean City is a dry Town. Can alcoholic beverages be served our guests?

Yes. When hosting a private affair, you are permitted to provide liquor for your quests. The Catering Department can provide a list of local vendors who can deliver the liquor to the hotel prior to your affair. Liquor vendors on our list will pick up any unopened product after your affair and credit the difference. Any unfinished opened product will be sent with you at the end of the event.

The Flanders has TIP certified Bartenders on staff as well as all non-alcoholic mixers and garnishes. A big advantage to this is you create the exact bar menu to your own individual tastes.

How do I reserve my Wedding or Special Event date?

Please contact our Catering Office to arrange an appointment for a site visit or to discuss available dates.

Do I need a permit to be married on the beach?

Permits are required for Ceremonies performed on the beaches of Ocean City. The permits can be obtained through the City of Ocean City at no cost. The Catering Department can provide additional information.

What happens if I planned a Beach Ceremony and the weather is not favorable on the event day?

Our Wedding Coordinator can suggest several on site options for your Ceremony in the event of inclement weather.
