All food and beverage pricing excludes 21% service charge and 7% NJ sales tax.

Guarantees

In order to make your event a success, please notify the banquet office of the guaranteed number of guests attending 5 business days prior to the function. Your minimum guarantee is the amount for which you will be charged.

Billing

A deposit is required to secure the date of your special event. Personal or business checks and cash are acceptable forms of payment for all deposits. Certified funds are required for all final payments. 

Linen

A wide assortment of colors are available for your tables linen and napkins.

Beverage

As a licensee, we are responsible to abide by regulations enforced by the N.J. State Liquor Commission, therefore, it is our policy that liquor may not be sold in the Flanders Banquet Facility, however the host of all private parties can supply liquor to be served to their guests. The Flanders staffs TIP certified bartenders and can provide all non-alcoholic mixers. (Fees applicable)
